1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Expenzee ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Expenzee is a personal expense tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze spending patterns and recommend money-saving alternatives. The App may include affiliate links to third-party merchants, and we may earn commissions on purchases made through these links.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your device and account
- All activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:

6. User Content
You retain ownership of any expense data, receipts, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Expenzee. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. When you make purchases through affiliate links, you are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party merchants.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE SAVINGS RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPENZEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Expenzee and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
11. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, in the English language.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
