Frequently asked questions
Yes. Free includes unlimited personal expense tracking, receipt OCR, multi-currency, smart budgets, and bill-splitting via UPI for up to 3 active trips you own (5 members each), 30 AI messages/month, 20 web searches/month, 120 smart categorizations/month, and 30-day analytics. Upgrade to Plus or Pro only if you hit a limit or want AI product recommendations and data export.
Open the Expenzee mobile app (Android or iOS) → Settings → Subscriptions. Payment is processed by Google Play Store or App Store via RevenueCat. The website cannot complete in-app purchases.
On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Expenzee → Cancel. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Expenzee → Cancel. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions: 48-hour refund window via Play Store. Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Lifetime purchases: non-refundable after 14 days. Contact atanub707@gmail.com for issues.
Open Expenzee app → Settings → Close Account → Confirm deletion. This permanently removes your profile, expenses, trips, settlements and chat history within 30 days. Export data first if you need a copy (Plus/Pro).
No, due to iOS privacy restrictions, SMS auto-detect is Android only. iOS users can manually add expenses or use receipt OCR.
The web app is read-only for viewing expenses. Subscriptions and SMS auto-detect require the mobile app. Use Android for full functionality (including SMS auto-detect); use iOS for everything except SMS auto-detect.
